These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SickClaims website and intake flow. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
SickClaims provides a “case check” intake experience. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. If you submit information, we may share it with partner law firms or service providers who may contact you. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to abuse it, and to accept our disclaimers and limits of liability.
SickClaims operates this website to provide an initial screening and intake flow that may help users identify whether they might qualify for legal claim evaluations or related services. SickClaims is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
The site and any content, questions, or responses are for informational purposes only and are not legal advice. You should consult a licensed attorney for advice regarding your individual situation. Using this site, submitting information, or receiving communications does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and SickClaims or any partner unless and until you enter into a written agreement directly with that attorney or law firm.
The site asks questions that may help identify potential eligibility for certain offers or claim evaluations. Screening results are not a guarantee of eligibility, representation, compensation, or outcomes. If you submit information, we may share it with partner law firms and service providers who may contact you. Partners are responsible for their own services and communications.
By submitting your information, you may authorize SickClaims and its partners to contact you about your inquiry at the phone number and email you provide, including through automated technology, prerecorded messages, and SMS/MMS (message & data rates may apply), consistent with the consent language shown during submission. Consent is not required to obtain services.
You can opt out of SMS by following the instructions in the message (commonly replying “STOP”). For email, use any unsubscribe link where provided. Operational or compliance communications may still occur.
